I took this shot while
cruising up one of the little creeks off the Clarence River at Maclean.
It was just after this picture was taken that the outboard died. The
relaxed mood changed quickly.

My boat is a 4.7 m
fibreglass half cabin vessel, my second home. It's a
Sundowner with a 70HP Yamaha two stroke oil injected beauty. My favourite
fishing place is the Coomera river and at Coombabah creek at the Gold Coast
where this picture was taken. I am 65 next year, living in Brisbane after
65, somewhere in the River
