BOATING 4X4 CAMPING is an online store offering camping, fishing, 4x4, boating, caravan & camper, safety and outdoor gear from Australian and international brands such as Just Straps, IPF, Narva, Yad-Fishing, Waeco, Oz-Mate and more. It offers a diverse and comprehensive range of gear such as Fishing Rods, Reels, Tackle, Gas Cookers, Folding Stretcher Beds, Camp Cupboards, Flasks, Caravan Covers, Steps, Portable Toilets, Car Roof Racks, Gas Equipment (BBQ's and lighting), Outdoor Clothing, Outdoor Furniture and much more.    We do not have a store front, therefore you can not pick up you purchases, we will ship them directly to your door.

Our goal is to be a complete site that you can come to for more than just to buy products.  Currently you can also check the weather in your area before you head out for the day, you can check out what clubs there are in your area, chat with other visitors in our forum, view photos and much more.  Our philosophy is simple, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy your boating, 4x4, camping, fishing or caravanning experience, so you will want to go again and again. I am confident that with our products you will do just that.  Our goal is to make sure you get the most out of your outdoor pleasure by offering you a wide variety of equipment and accessories that is quality and competitively priced.

  PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us.  We only use the information that you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete the order process.  We do not share your information with outside parties only to the extent necessary to complete the order.  We also use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  These email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with anyone.

  DELIVERIES

Your items will be posted once your payment has been received and cleared.  If your item doesn't come up with a delivery price when completing the check out it is because we don't have the item weight entered into the system.  If this does happen you will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours with a confirmed delivery charge, you can then proceed with payment so we can ship your goods.  As our products vary in size and weight we don't always use the same freight company for all the products in our range, therefore the delivery times can vary.  In most cases you will see your items in 7 to 10 days.  Some larger items or bulk orders may take up to 14 days.  If at any time during this process you would like to check on the progress of your order you can send us an email (we will respond within 24 hours) or you can call us on 0411032011.  When nominating your delivery address please ensure some one is able to receive and sign for the goods as our couriers are unable to leave parcels with out a signature or prior arrangement and they can not deliver to a post box.  If you are unable to be present and need your goods to be sent to a post box please send us an email to arrange this prior to placing your order online.

For countries other than Australia your delivery charge will be quoted and emailed back to you after placing your order enquiry.

  RETURNS

Items may be returned  within 7 days from purchase date, however this will incur a 15% restocking fee.  When we have received your returned items they will be inspected ensuring goods are undamaged, complete, in original undamaged packaging and still in new condition, we will then refund your money minus the 15% restocking fee and any freight charges.
